Job Summary
Mim's Mediterranean Grill is in search of an Evening Supervisor who is available five nights a week (2pm-9pm). Sundays and Holidays off. Pay starts at $20-$21 per hour PLUS TIPS! Duties
- Overall cooking responsibilities (grill, fryer, line).
- Prep work in kitchen.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify quality of cleaning, safety adherence, and proper use of equipment.
- Train new staff on safety protocols, food prep, cooking and cleaning techniques.
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone, providing quality customer service.
- Responsible for closing procedures, daily sales cash report and counting down the drawer.
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, quick service kitchen environment.
- Ability to work well with others and be a team leader.
- Demonstrates leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
