Milwaukee Valve Company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Prairie Du Sac, WI team in Department 271. This is an exempt position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Reviews work orders and ensures that work schedules are met.
- Organizes and assigns work.
- Supervises skilled and semi-skilled employees performing major repairs and preventive maintenance to buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Anticipates maintenance and personnel problems and resolves problems to minimize their effects on production.
- Makes sure safety issues are addressed and solved.
- Reviews stock and inventory levels in the Auto Crib System.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The maintenance manager is responsible for direct supervision of all maintenance personnel.

Education and/or Experience - associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or

correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of organization.
