JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which
competency will be measured include the analyzes research data and
proposed product specifications to determine feasibility of product
proposals. Develop Plans and Calculations Develops engineering plans,
calculations, and estimates for assigned project elements in accordance
with applicable industry standards and internal design practices.
Creates drawings, models, and structural diagrams using CAD tools,
submitting work for peer or supervisory review. Independently completes
routine engineering analyses with guidance provided for complex or novel
applications. Manage Project Workflow Provides day-to-day support for
assigned project tasks and sub-projects with minimal supervision. Tracks
deliverables, schedules, and task progress; communicates status, risks,
and issues to supervision. Serves as a technical liaison between
Engineering and Manufacturing to support timely execution. Provide
Engineering and Manufacturing Support Demonstrates a working
understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment capabilities, and
production constraints. Supports design-for-manufacturability (DFM)
considerations during project execution. Assists in resolving routine
manufacturing or design issues using standard problem-solving methods.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Team Members Collaborates with
manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other engineering team
members. Ensures assigned tasks align with internal systems, workflows,
documentation, and change-control processes. Escalates issues
appropriately and provides clear, timely project communication. Support
Continuous Improvement Identifies opportunities to improve engineering
processes, documentation, or project execution. Contributes ideas and
feedback that enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization. Other

technical reports and documentation. Mathematical & Reasoning Skills
Ability to apply algebra, geometry, and applied engineering mathematics.
Ability to define problems, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working knowledge of project management tools. Proficient in SolidWorks
