SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies with precision and quality. This is a full-time, day shift role operating Thursday through Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assemble and inspect electronic PCB assemblies using hand tools and manual processes.

• Perform soldering (lead and lead-free), rework, stuffing, and mechanical assembly.

• Conduct functional testing on electronic assemblies.

• Follow quality standards and documentation requirements.

• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and quality expectations.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Participate actively in team meetings and improvement discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly preferred

• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Willingness to complete IPC Component Identification and Workmanship standards exams (training provided upon hire)

• Ability to perform basic computer data entry

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

• Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods

• Frequent hand/arm movement; occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs)

• Vision requirements include close/distance vision, color recognition, depth perception, and ability to focus
