What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator - Authentic & Inventory Operations position at Milwaukee Brewers?
Overview
As part of Retail department, the Coordinator - Authentic & Inventory Operations will oversee the Authentic program and retail invoicing process for the Milwaukee Brewers in all retail locations throughout the stadium.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee Brewers Authentics program at American Family Field
- Manage all inventory related to game used, authentics merchandise, autographed products and memorabilia
- Work closely with Authenticators to acquire game used items during all 81 games, important milestones and autograph signing sand ensure authentication description is accurate and detailed
- Merchandise the product that is listed on MLB Auctions online and the authentics in the stores across the stadium
- Manage the purchasing, pricing and the Brewers Authentics inventory, while maintaining inventory integrity
- Maintain electronic filing system for invoices and purchase orders that are sent to retail vendors
- Populate, match, and pay invoices according to what was received
- Communicate status updates to vendors, Retail team and Accounts Payable regarding invoices
The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in Retail, as well as previous POS experience. Candidates with highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are preferred.
