Job Title: Outpatient Mental Health Counselor
Program: PHP & IOP
Milton Jefferson Recovery LLC is seeking a Female Individual Therapist to join our licensed Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment center.
This position will provide individual therapy services across levels of care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy services to assigned clients
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
- Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings
- Maintain ethical and licensing standards
Qualifications (one of the following):
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
OR
- Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program working toward a Master’s degree in a related field
OR
- Active CT, SWT, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LCDC III or higher licensure
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
