Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses being age 27 or older, and not having more than three dependent children reside in the student home.
Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
