Job Description:

In exchange for covering all costs, the school requires married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in on-campus student homes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive, administer medication, budget, report, etc.
- Nurture students

- Salary of $89,536 per person (approximately $179,072 per couple)

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
