Weekend Houseparents

Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks married couples who can provide leadership, support and care to students on our campus every other weekend.

• Led by one couple as Primary Houseparents
• Responsible for supervising approximately 8-12 students in their residence hall from Friday evening through Sunday evening.
• Foster relationships with students built on trust, respect, and open communication. 
• Nurture student growth through positive reinforcement, coaching 
  & discipline when necessary. 
• Carefully plan student activities based on individual needs.
