Flex Houseparents
We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in on-campus homes.
Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Driving students to activities and appointments
- Administering medication and providing basic first aid
- Budgeting and managing household expenses
- Reporting student progress and any concerns to the school administration
Qualifications
To be eligible, couples must have at least two years of marriage, both spouses should be 27 or older, and they must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
