As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus in a student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must be married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
