What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guidance and Support Professionals Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are now hiring married couples to become houseparents, responsible for guiding and supporting groups of 8-12 students in a family-like environment while living on campus.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
