Job Description:
As a houseparent couple, your primary responsibility will be to provide a consistent family-like structure for students. This includes leading daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and being available for emotional support. You will also be responsible for managing student homes, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Requirements:
Candidates must have valid driver's licenses and be able to become certified to drive student home vans. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity. We also require that candidates can lift up to 50 lbs and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
