Milton CAT is looking for a highly driven ERP Technical Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. This role is positioned at the intersection of IT and business, emphasizing both technical expertise and business process understanding. This is a high growth position where you will be mentored by a highly experienced ERP Architect, be exposed to the full life cycle of a complex D365 ERP migration and then lead the charge into future phases of optimizations to the platform.
Salary Range: $85,00 - $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical resource for D365, leading technical discussions and providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Work with IT and other stakeholders to plan and execute system updates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage setup and configuration of D365 to support specific business processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and configuration documentation,
- Evaluate and execute change requests for ERP extensions.
- Responsible for application integrations and adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- 2 years of relevant experience in ERP Systems such as Dynamics F& O or another SaaS ERP delivery.
- Experience with the software implementation life cycle in the context of Enterprise Applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally supporting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, business, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn business processes.
- Strong analytical, technical and organizational skills.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
