Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Participate in employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Conduct interviews and assist in recruiting new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks accurately.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and increase store visibility.

Experience
