Role Objective
The Personal Assistant (PA) will serve as the primary strategic partner to the CEO, managing both professional operations and personal logistics. This role requires a "proactive fixer" mindset—someone who can navigate a high-pressure construction environment and ensure the CEO is focused on growth and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Gatekeeping: Manage all incoming communications, screening calls and emails to prioritize urgent project or stakeholder matters.
- Complex Scheduling: Coordinate a calendar that shifts between boardroom meetings and active construction site visits.
- Project Documentation: Assist in the preparation and filing of industry documents, including purchase orders, subcontracts, and permit applications.
- Logistics & Travel: Organize detailed travel itineraries including ground transport to remote sites and site-specific lodging.
- Lifestyle Management: Handle personal tasks such as family scheduling, household management, and private event planning to maximize the CEO's productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years supporting C-level executives, preferably within construction, engineering, or real estate.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of MS Office and familiarity with project management tools like Procore or
- Communication: Exceptional Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from laborers to investors.
- Flexibility: Availability to handle occasional after-hours requests as project deadlines dictate.
