Role Description
The Senior Sales Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, and driving sales of Milner’s technology solutions and services. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery, and continuously monitoring market trends and client needs. The Senior Sales Account Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while providing a high standard of customer service and representing Milner’s values and brand in the marketplace.
Demonstrated ability in lead generation and new business development, including prospecting and pipeline management.

Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology solutions, IT services, or office equipment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
