We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Order Coordinator to join our millwork team. This role is responsible for managing customer orders from initial request through production and delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Field, process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Solid foundation in mathematics
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate with sale and production teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Prioritize multiple orders and tasks to meet deadlines
- Resolve customer questions or issues related to orders
- Maintain organized records of orders, specifications, and communications
- Assist in customer order pick-up and delivery

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (doors, windows, wood products, etc)
- High School Diploma or higher
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in millwork, construction materials, or building supply
- Experience with order entry, sales or customer service roles
- Spanish speaking a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
