With our U.S. operations growing rapidly, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team and streamline day-to-day operations.

Role Overview:
The Sales Admin Assistant will provide crucial support to the sales and operations teams by ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customer communications are clear and timely, and internal systems are kept accurate and up to date. This is a detail-oriented role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing and tracking B2B and B2C sales orders
  • Communicate with dealers, customers, and internal teams regarding order status, stock levels, and shipping updates
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, ERP, and inventory systems
  • Support preparation of quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on dispatches and backorders
  • Help manage dealer onboarding, including new account setup and document collection
  • Provide administrative support for trade shows, promotions, and sales campaigns
  • Compile basic sales reports and assist with data entry and price list updates

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Comfortable using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Unleashed, Shopify, or similar)
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach

Preferred:

  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or performance parts industry
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or B2B platforms
  • Basic understanding of logistics or order fulfillment processes
