Job Summary
We are looking to grow our team. We provide our customers with expert outdoor services including landscape installation, irrigation installation/repair, hardscaping and more to residential and commercial clients. What You'll Do
Our work is varied, so we are looking for various new members for our team
Landscaping
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
- Spread mulch, rock, soil, and other landscape materials
- Install and maintain drainage, including French drains, catch basins, and grading for positive drainage
- Help with seasonal cleanups and property maintenance
Irrigation
- Install, repair, and maintain sprinkler systems and drip lines
- Trench and lay pipe, and install valves, heads, and controllers
- Troubleshoot leaks, broken heads, and system issues
Masonry & Hardscape
- Building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor features
- Set stone, pavers, and block; mix mortar and concrete
- Prepare and level base materials and job sites
General Labor
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Operate wheel barrows, hand tools, or other on site equipment
- Assist needs of one of the various crews
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and other weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and do physical work for a full shift
- Reliable, on time, and a good team player
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check [if applicable]
Experience (Not All Required)
- Experience in landscaping, irrigation, masonry, concrete, construction, or general labor is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, shovels, wheelbarrows, and saws
- Irrigation license or masonry experience is a big plus, but we're happy to train motivated people with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
