*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Masonry Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial masonry construction projects.
*Duties*
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Review and interpret construction schematics and blueprints
- The Masonry Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all masonry aspects of a construction project, including job site management, stone, CMU block, stucco, brick, and other masonry installations
- The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial projects.
- Manage and coordinate all masonry activities on the job site
- Ensure the timely and efficient completion of masonry work
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, OSHA 30 training preferred.
- Ability to work well with other project team members and trades
- Oversee and direct masonry subcontractors and crew members
- Ensure all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all masonry activities and progress
- Manage and order materials as needed
- Pick up and Haul of mateirals and equipment
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Communicate with project management team regarding any changes, delays, or issues
- Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $105,816.56 per year
