How You Will Be Successful
- Keep all areas of the property clean and attractive; includes common areas, walkways, hallways, breezeways, property amenities, etc.
- Maintain curb appeal by removing litter, pet waste, weeds, cigarette butts, and minor landscaping clean up.
- Assist maintenance technicians helping to ensure service requests are completed in an effective, timely manner and to the satisfaction of residents
- Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs
- Assist with preventative maintenance as needed
- Assist other tasks as assigned by the property manager/maintenance supervisor
- Serve as an essential associate for the property and assist with snow removal
- Support management in holding landscaping vendor accountable to services outlined in the contract
- Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
- Embrace Mills values applying to all areas of responsibility and abide by Mills policies and procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with groundskeeping preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Adept working in a team environment
