Opportunities:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist with running daily pharmacy operations!
What You Will Do:
- Perform all functions of a Pharmacy Technician to ensure accurate and prompt customer service.
- Collect essential patient information required to process prescription orders.
- Enter new prescriptions, process refills, and maintain accurate patient profiles.
- Answer phone calls and resolve all customer requests and needs.
- Ring up customers for prescriptions and over-the-counter items.
- Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation
- Communicate with doctor's offices and insurance companies when needed
- Accurately count and dispense medications.
- Communicate directly with the pharmacist.
- Comply with all Michigan State rules and regulations.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1 year of pharmacy technician experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Pharmacy Technician License (preferred)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
- Basic math skills (required)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask (required)
- Excellent customer service skills (required)
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to maintain regular attendance (required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Work Location: Onsite in Birmingham, MI
