Procurement Support
- Assist the Procurement Specialist with sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, supplies, and equipment
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition
- Coordinate distribution of materials to appropriate departments or storage areas
- Maintain accurate records of orders, receipts, and inventory levels
- Communicate with vendors regarding order status, discrepancies, and delivery issues
- Support inventory organization and assist with periodic counts
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and general upkeep
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized office and warehouse environment
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs as needed
- Support facilityrelated projects such as equipment setup, furniture moves, and workspace adjustments
- Assist with seasonal maintenance activities (e.g., snow removal coordination, HVAC filter changes)
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance practices and tools
