- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Take clear and detailed messages when needed
- Assist customers in reaching the correct department or team member
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
- Communicate effectively
- Provide coverage and support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality when handling business or customer information
- Be on time, in position, and ready to assist customers at the beginning of each scheduled shift
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and priorities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
