The Director of Operations will be responsible for building the local team, overseeing execution, and ensuring delivery meets our standards for safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
Core Responsibilities
- Market Launch & Leadership Launch the division. Build and lead the organization.
- Team Development Build and lead local project teams with discipline and accountability.
- Project Execution Manage budgets, schedules, and quality on multiple projects throughout the Phoenix Metro Area.
- Quality & Safety Enforcement Set the tone. Enforce standards. Hold teams accountable.
- Client & Partner Engagement Build and maintain relationships with clients, critical subs, design teams, and authorities having jurisdiction.
- 5 years in a construction leadership role
- Proven experience building and managing a strong team
- Comprehensive understanding of field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Experience with estimating and preconstruction planning
- Working knowledge of local codes, permitting, and trade base in Phoenix Metro Area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
