This is an individual contributor role where you will bridge business needs with data capabilities, deliver actionable insights, and influence stakeholders to adopt data-driven approaches. Success in the role will require a self-starter with a passion for data analytics and the ability to proactively build and leverage strong relationships with internal partners to accelerate business growth through useful insights. You must bring a practical approach to analytic problem solving utilizing efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand needs, define analytics requirements, and translate them into actionable data projects and roadmaps.
- Develop and communicate clear analytics use cases, hypotheses, success metrics, and expected business value.
- Design, implement, and optimize data models, dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics solutions that enable faster decision making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics (e.g., predictive, prescriptive, segmentation) to solve business problems.
- Translate complex analyses into easy-to-understand storytelling and compelling presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate across functions (DDIT, Data & Analytics, Controlling, Marketing, Operations) to ensure data solutions align with regulatory, security, and privacy standards.
- Monitor and continuously improve analytics performance, including accuracy, timeliness, and adoption.
- Enable and train business users on analytics tools, dashboards, and data literacy best practices.
- Manage multiple workstreams, prioritize initiatives, and deliver within deadlines and budget.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles.
- Proficiency with big data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Tableau, Uptimize Foundry).
- Strong data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions and articulate business value.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and influence without direct authority.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other quantitative disciplines
- Experience with Python, R, and/or SQL

Salary : $102,900 - $170,800
