As a RN Supervisor at Millington Healthcare, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service to our patients. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide short-term and long-term care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient needs are being met, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members
Monitor and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous growth and improvement of patient care
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee
