Milliman's Indianapolis Health consulting practice is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for a temporary position spanning approximately 3 months. The position supports daily office operations and project-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a customer‑service orientation and is both organized and detail-oriented. The role requires the ability to work both as a team and independently, in order to ensure that daily practice operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Team
The Administrative team supports 250 full-time employees from diverse academic and professional backgrounds on a wide variety of projects. The team provides tactical support to the practice related to internal functions, including but not limited to, project tracking, appropriate filing of documentation, logistics including coordination and setup of lunch orders and meetings, and the preparation of final work product.
Location
The person hired for this role will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with on-site work required in our Indianapolis office on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Use Adobe to route documents for signature, finalize reports, and other correspondence
- Use proprietary workflow solutions to respond to internal requests for project tracking information
- Save project documents as directed, in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate lunch orders with internal teams and external vendors
- Work with other administrative assistants in order to support daily office functions
- Work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor with ability to provide in-person and virtual customer service
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) completed
- 2 or more years' of work experience in a professional environment, or currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program
