What You’ll Actually Do: This is a customer-facing field role. Your responsibilities include:
Interior and exterior vehicle detailing Working directly with customers at their home or workplace Explaining services clearly and professionally Identifying additional needs like pet hair, stains, or upgrades Recommending add-ons or maintenance plans (no pressure sales) Communicating job updates and basic customer support Representing the business with professionalism and confidence
You’ll be trusted to manage your time, your work quality, and your customer interactions.
Pay & Earning Potential: This role is built for people who want to earn more by doing more.
Compensation includes: Hourly pay ranging from $18–$35 per hour depending on performance and experience Opportunities to increase earnings through no pressure upsells and efficiency
Schedule & Work Environment:
Part-time and full-time positions available Flexible scheduling (mornings and afternoons) Busy spring and summer seasons Mobile work (homes, businesses, outdoor environments) Must be comfortable working outside

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet Comfortable using a smartphone Detailing experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
