Duties
- Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, waxing, buffing, and window tinting to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming, upholstery shampooing, dashboard polishing, and trash removal.
- Apply detailing techniques to restore vehicles’ paintwork and surfaces, ensuring a smooth, shiny finish.
- Use professional tools and equipment safely for buffing, polishing, and other detailing tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and well-maintained.
- Assist customers with vehicle care questions or special requests with friendly, attentive service.
- Complete quality checks to ensure each vehicle meets company standards before delivery.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience is highly desirable for understanding cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Experience with car wash services or automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with buffing, polishing, window tinting, and other detailing techniques is a plus.
- Customer service experience helps in engaging positively with clients and understanding their needs.
- Ability to drive safely and confidently is necessary for moving vehicles within the workspace when needed.
