Analista SR en Gestion de Proyectos
Objetivo del cargo
Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los proyectos asignados bajo su responsabilidad. Controlar, verificar y actualizar el avance de los proyectos de su cartera, identificar riesgos e issues que afecten los tiempos y/o presupuesto del proyecto, y escalar adecuadamente.
Experiencia laboral y educación Experiencia:
3 años en responsabilidades similares. Educación: Egresado universitario de la carrera de Ingeniería Electrónica, Sistemas, Industrial, Analista de Sistemas o similar. Inglés avanzado. Área de experiencia: Experiencia probada en Manejo de Proyectos con diferentes metodologías PMP, Scrum, Canvas, similares.
Conocimientos Específicos
Manejo de Herramientas Informáticas aplicables a su cargo, especialmente MS Project, Planisware, Jira. Manejo de presupuestos y estado de resultados. Análisis de costos y rentabilidades Generación de Reportes Gerenciales
Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes
Coordinar, planificar e identificar requerimientos de los proyectos asignados bajo su responsabilidad.
Elaborar el Plan de Proyecto de cada proyecto a su cargo. - Generar reportes semanales de avance de ejecución de proyectos.
Identificar los recursos necesarios y asignar las responsabilidades a cada tarea o actividad dentro del Project.
Negociar las prioridades y los recursos con la operación local a fin de asegurar la ejecución del Plan de Proyecto.
Aplicar la metodología estándar de la PMO de Tigo Py. - Minimizar la exposición a riesgos de los proyectos bajo su responsabilidad. - Asegurar que los documentos de los proyectos estén completos, actualizados y archivados adecuadamente
