General Administrator - Operations, Human Resources, Finance and General
Reporting To - Vice President Finance
JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the US business in the areas of Operations, HR, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and General Admin when needed.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure HR systems and policies are kept up to date and implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Manage onboarding new employees and exit process for terminating employees.
- Develop and maintain hard and soft employee personnel filing system.
- Serve as a point of contact for all employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and other inquiries.
- Support US based purchasing needs by managing PO development and process.
- Support operations team, by maintaining inventory tracking and managing shipments from various sites across our global network.
- Undertake any other duties, which may be assigned by Senior Management.
- Review Privacy inbox and Compliance inbox on daily basis and assess any emails that come through to reroute to the appropriate Millicent personal in order to address.
- Support the state licensure process and reporting, working closely with Senior Management.
- Review Adverse events Inbox daily to facilitate support for any adverse events including reimbursement and replacement once approved by SVP of Commercial operations.
- Provide backup to office admin on various administrative tasks including but not limited to; opening and distributing mail, answering phones, routing messages to the proper personnel, booking rooms for company meetings, assist with travel arrangements, ordering and maintaining office supplies/inventory, etc.
