What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal Equipment Operator position at Miller Yard Care and Construction?
We're hiring equipment operators for this snow removal season. Excellent pay. If you're a careful driver who enjoys working as a team in winter weather, give us a call.
Starting pay is $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
Two ways to work with us:
- Primary — an assigned route you run every snow event
- Fill-in — no dedicated route. We call when we need extra help
Must have reliable transportation in the winter, a valid driver's license, and be insurable under our insurance policy. Must have dependable availability and be available to work both days and nights. Must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
Must currently live within a 20-minute drive of Detroit Lakes, MN.
Understand that this position is weather-dependent and based on snow events. There is no guarantee of hours; work is strictly on an "as-needed" basis. Shifts can start any hour, day or night.
