Baker Snow and Ice Management
Baker Snow and Ice Management is hiring dependable Snow Removal Equipment Operators. This is a seasonal position operating tractors, loaders, and other snow removal equipment to keep residential and commercial properties safe and accessible throughout the winter.
Guaranteed Pay
$6,000 guaranteed for the winter season, regardless of snowfall.
- $600 Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Pay
- $2,000 Season Availability & Performance Bonus
- $500 Equipment Care & Damage-Free Bonus
The guarantee is designed to provide dependable seasonal income even during winters with fewer snow events.
Responsibilities
- Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Clear residential and commercial properties according to Baker Snow & Ice standards
- Monitor assigned routes and complete properties in a timely manner
- Perform snow removal during overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday hours when storms require it
- Assist with staking, cleanup, equipment preparation, and other seasonal duties
- Report equipment problems, property damage, and unusual conditions promptly
- Maintain a professional attitude and take pride in doing the job correctly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience operating tractors, loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment preferred
- Snow removal experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
- Able to work long and irregular hours during snow events
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to work independently and make good decisions in difficult winter conditions
- Dependable, responsible, and willing to work when the weather demands it
- Must be able to work safely around customers, vehicles, buildings, and other property

We're looking for operators who are reliable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team. Snow removal isn't a typical 9-to-5 job. When a storm hits, our customers depend on us to get the job done.
You don't need to know everything on day one. We can teach you our equipment, routes, and procedures. What we can't teach is dependability, work ethic, and the right attitude.
Season
Employment period: October 15 – April 30
Operators will receive paid training before the regular snow season begins.
