Requirements
You Will:
- Ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Determine each customer's leasing needs by asking questions and listening
- Maintain a prospect development system that lists prospects for a sales customer database
- Meet minimum standards set for new contacts, cold calls, proposals, and sales goals
- Attend sales meetings
- Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and increases customer satisfaction
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with the leasing company standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Report to the VP of Sales regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively
- Understand the terminology of the leasing business and keep abreast of technological changes in the various products
- Know and understand equity and values, finance and TRAC terms, and be able to explain these to the customer
- Utilize all sales tools provided by the Company, including VIP proposals, lease visuals, cost comparisons, promotional and sales items
- Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern lease sales
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the leasing service operations
- Assist the Company's staff in the collection of accounts receivable for assigned customers
- Lease and/or Rental outside sales experience in the trucking industry
- Experience working with a Regional or National carrier
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to Company standards
- Account Management experience and the ability to build positive long term relationships
