What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Analyst / Coordinator position at Miller Staffing?
The Payroll Coordinator will work with the Director of Payroll on running multiple payrolls, on time and accurately and in compliance with government regulations. This position will be a key memember in implementing and managing ADP Payroll processes and serve as a strategic partner.
The Ideal candidate will be:
- Minimum of 3 years running Multi State Payroll for over 3K employees
- Knowledgeable in Payroll Compliance
- Knowledgeable with 401k/409A exposure is preferred
- Will have Analyst experience - MUST
- Experience with Multi State Payroll
- Certification is preferred
