Miller’s Textile Services is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Shipping & Receiving / Facility Services Warehouse Coordinator to support our daily warehouse operations. This position plays an important role in making sure products are received accurately, inventory is maintained, customer orders are filled, and outgoing loads are complete and ready on time.
This is a cross-functional position. While Shipping & Receiving and warehouse coordination are the primary responsibilities, not all working hours will be spent in the warehouse. Once daily warehouse priorities are completed, this position will assist with other operational and production needs throughout the facility.

What You'll Do
As the Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Coordinator, you will help oversee the daily flow of products into and out of the warehouse. Responsibilities include:
- Retrieve and complete daily load requirements and prepare products for customer routes.
- Identify, document, and communicate product shortages.
- Fill shortages as product becomes available.
- Receive incoming merchandise and verify shipments for accuracy.
- Organize and put away incoming products in the correct warehouse locations.
- Prepare products and merchandise for outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload semi-trucks throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate records of products entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate when products need to be ordered.
- Complete monthly and year-end physical inventories.
- Check merchandise for expiration dates and help manage discontinued or outdated products.
- Maintain accurate warehouse product-location information.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Coordinate the work and daily priorities of Linen Coordinators.
- Communicate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Service, and Accounts Payable to resolve inventory and order issues.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

- Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers and leadership.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and complete daily load requirements on time.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a forklift operator permit.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and company policies.
- Ability to work overtime when business needs require it.
- valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to assist in different areas of the operation as workload and business needs change.
- Ability to meet the requirements of Miller’s Textile Services Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience is helpful but not required if you are willing and able to learn.
This is an active warehouse position. Employees must be able to:
- Lift and handle products weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and use stairs.
- Use hands and fingers to handle products and equipment.
- Work safely in a warehouse environment that may become hot.
- Maintain good hand-eye coordination.

- Competitive pay rate ($16.50 – 19.00/hour based on experience)
