Miller & Miller Law is seeking an experienced Bi-Lingual Office Manager to serve as the frontline leader of our office operations. This role replaces our receptionist position and combines hands-on reception duties with office management, vendor coordination, and staff supervision.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, client-focused, and comfortable balancing daily receptionist responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight in a fast-paced legal environment. Must be able to work 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
What You’ll DoReception & Client Experience (Primary Responsibility)
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and vendors
- Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; screen and route calls appropriately
- Schedule consultations, hearings, and meetings using legal software (Clio)
- Assist clients with payments and basic intake information
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and document drop-offs
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and lobby area
Office Management & Leadership
- Supervise and support the Immigration Legal Assistant
- Assist with onboarding and training of administrative staff
- Ensure administrative workflows are efficient, compliant, and organized
- Support attorneys and legal staff with administrative and case-related tasks
- Assist with Spanish translation or bilingual communication when needed
Office Operations & Vendors
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate vendors including cleaning services, equipment maintenance, and service providers
- Handle office equipment issues, service calls, and facility needs
- Act as point of contact with building management as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in office management, administration, or receptionist roles
- Experience performing front-desk/reception duties required
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using legal software (Clio experience a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Calm, professional demeanor with emotionally stressed clients
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Education
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
