Our Bookkeepers play a crucial role in maintaining our clients financial records, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This in person position involves a variety of tasks, including reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
· Reconcile bank statements and accounts
· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Assist with payroll processing
· Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
· Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)
· Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of integrity and professionalism
· Associate's degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
· Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
