We are seeking a Production Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Arlington, TN. The Production Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, improve processes, ensure safety standards, and lead a team to meet production goals. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards while adhering to company objectives.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, operations management, and scheduling
- Experience with quality control, troubleshooting, and safety compliance
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement
- Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and performance
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and utilize modern manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency in using data-driven tools for production and workflow optimization
