Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Marietta, GA. The Associate Attorney will handle case management, provide legal advice, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in labor and employment law matters. The position requires collaboration with clients and team members to ensure comprehensive and effective legal representation.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation and expertise in Criminal Law
- Experience providing accurate and effective Legal Advice and performing in-depth Legal Research
- Strong Negotiation skills with an aptitude for building agreements and resolving disputes
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in the Georgia Bar Association, in good standing
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical legal practices and client advocacy
