The **Technical Director of Laboratory Services** will lead to the Blood Center laboratories operations through the oversight of the Donor Testing, Manufacturing and Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (IRL)., ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes fiscal responsibility, adoption of advancing technologies, cross-departmental collaboration, and full regulatory compliance across all laboratory functions. This is a Supervisory role with CLIA qualifications within the blood center labs.
The anticipated salary for this position starts at $110,000, is commensurate with experience, and is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary
