What You Will Be Doing
At MKBC, we save lives every day by providing blood products to hospitals in PA and NJ. The **Collections Specialist (Phlebotomist)** position supports the Blood Center by collecting blood donations (blood and blood products) safely from volunteer donors in a compassionate and professional manner. The anticipated salary starts at $18.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees:

**What you will bring to the role:**
This position reports directly to the Donor Collections Manager
Hours vary daily based on schedule and can be either 7am - 3pm and 12pm - 8pm at our Lehigh Valley Locations: Bethlehem, Cedar Crest, Hamilton and Easton.
To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, and on-call to cover weekends and holidays.
A schedule is provided two weeks in advance.
**The first two weeks of training will take place onsite at our blood center at 1465 Valley Center Parkway Bethlehem, PA.**
