Miller Johnson is seeking a Website & CRM Coordinator to join our Communication and Brand team. This role is central to how the firm shows up digitally—across our public website, CRM system, and client communication channels. You will work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and attorney support to ensure our digital tools run smoothly and evolve with the needs of a growing, entrepreneurial firm.
This position works closely with our Communication & Brand team, practice group leaders, and attorneys across the firm, as well as with our IT team and external vendors.
This position can be located in our Grand Rapids or Detroit office.

Responsibilities
Website Management & Digital Experience:
- Own the firm’s websites and user experience:
- Manage updates and content for firm websites (Miller Johnson, Michigan Growth Advisors).
- Oversee website structure, navigation, content accuracy, attorney bios, and firmwide digital listings across Google, Bing, Edge, and other platforms.
- Perform basic HTML edits and coordinate with external vendors for technical fixes and enhancements.
Lead 2026 website rebuild:
- Serve as the primary liaison to developers and hosting providers.
- Coordinate project timelines, demos, testing, and launch readiness.
- Ensure the new site reflects firm branding, accessibility, security, and performance standards.
Monitor performance and compliance:
- Track analytics and provide insights on engagement, usage, and ROI.
- Maintain secure digital environments in partnership with IT and vendors.
CRM & Contact Management:
- Manage contact data, organization, and system hygiene.
- Establish consistent data standards, naming conventions, and structured workflows for marketing and administrative support.
- Conduct periodic data audits and manage opt-in/opt-out preferences.
- Build streamlined processes and templates for list building and contact management.
- Develop basic dashboards and reports to support marketing and business development efforts.
- Support data preparation and planning for a potential CRM transition in 2027.
Email Marketing & Campaign Support:
- Build and maintain targeted distribution lists for firm email campaigns.
- Create and refine branded email templates for consistent firm communication.
- Ensure CRM records accurately reflect marketing activity and engagement.
- Design and distribute occasional campaigns through platforms such as Constant Contact.
- Ensure email practices align with privacy and compliance requirements.
Digital Content & Social Media:
- Schedule and manage social media content using Hootsuite or similar tools.
- Create digital assets in Canva for social media, presentations, and website content.
- Collaborate with attorneys, practice groups, and internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all materials.
Research & Network Support:
- Partner with the Research & Information Services (RIS) team to provide industry, competitor, and referral source research.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for Meritas, providing monthly referral reports and supporting network initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web/Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience working with digital marketing, CRM, or website platforms (law firm or professional services preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common digital tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Intapp DealCloud, Interaction, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp, SendGrid).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite or similar).
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Understanding of branding principles and trends in professional services marketing.
