Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vancouver, WA for an Appointment Setter. This role involves speaking with interested homeowners, scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team, and managing incoming inquiries.
No cold calling required. All leads are provided.
Pay ranges from $18–$25 per hour, and no experience is required — we provide training.
Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, setting appointments, and providing friendly, professional service to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Full-time preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (we will train on our systems)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous appointment setting or customer service experience is a plus, but not required (we train)
