Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Intern role based in Brookville, PA. The intern will support day-to-day operations by assisting with process analysis, project management, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities may include gathering and interpreting data, facilitating communication between departments, and evaluating operational improvements. The role offers valuable hands-on experience in operations and manufacturing logistics.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and evaluating operational processes
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings
- Interest or experience in Sales and Operations Management
- Knowledge or experience in Project Management to assist in planning and execution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
