We are seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator – Construction for our office located in Orange, California.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Provide general clerical support, including filing, scanning, copying, and recordkeeping as needed for Accounting Department
- Review & organize timecards
- Cost code stamp timecards and related payroll documents
- Track and follow up on missing timecards and payroll documentation
- Prepare mailings and coordinate outgoing mail
- Create and maintain weekly Certified Payroll Report (CPR) job folders and associated files
- Maintain weekly labor report files and project compliance records
- Monitor payroll related communications and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist payroll staff with administrative projects and special assignments
- Coordinate scheduling needs, including rideshare pickup and drop-off arrangements
- Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- Prior experience in construction administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate filing systems
- Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a High School graduate
