Your Role:
As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of our project teams, supporting every phase of construction—from pre-construction planning to post-construction wrap-up. You’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Project Managers, Estimators, and Field Supervisors to drive project success.
- Serve as a key communicator between Owners, Architects/Engineers, Contractors, and Suppliers.
- Maintain and update project schedules to keep everything on track.
- Assist in managing budgets and controlling job costs.
- Coordinate contractor activities and expedite material deliveries.
- Support contract and purchase order preparation.
- Review and process shop drawings and submittals.
- Help implement quality assurance and sustainable construction practices.
- Champion safety by enforcing Miller-Davis’s Safety Program and regulations.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture—or equivalent experience.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
- A passion for construction and a drive to grow into a Project Manager or Superintendent role.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
