JOB DESCRIPTION

Under limited supervision, the Credit Analyst will review and analyze financial statements and perform credit analysis for commercial lenders in a timely and accurate manner. They will assist the department in performing projects aimed at identifying and limiting credit risks within the commercial loan portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 accounting courses is required. Relevant experience may also be considered.

* Prior banking experience preferred.

* Ability to meet/exceed deadlines.

* Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

* Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent organization skills.

* Proficient skills in using the Microsoft Suite of products.

* Strong Analytical Skills.

* Strong Attention to Detail.

* Works effectively independently within a team
